BOURGOGNE « Chardonnay » : balanced and fruity, best appreciated within fours years.
MONTHELIE « Sous le cellier » : charming wine, with peach aromas. A wine to drink within 7 years.
MEURSAULT : a great, noble wine, rich and with powerful fruit and can require several years ageing.
PULIGNY-MONTRACHET : a wine displaying sheer class and elegance, powerful length and potential to mature for ten years.

BOURGOGNE « Pinot Noir » : round and generous, a wine to drink within five years.
MONTHELIE : a wine showing great balance and fruit to be drunk up to ten years.
MONTHELIE 1^er CRU « La Taupine » : an elegant wine, with fresh fruits aromas and good balanced mouth, to be drunk up to 8 years.
MONTHELIE 1^er CRU « Les Riottes » : intensely fruity, with hints of berries and a surprising complexity this wine will keep for ten years.
MONTHELIE 1^er CRU « Les Champs Fuillots » : a very elegant red, rich and opulent in mouth. Ageing potential : 10 years
