The Philosophy of the estate

The Domain Florent Garaudet is a small, family-run estate. It is in some ways conservative and highly traditional in is approach to wine-making, whilst also being innovative and progressive in the constant search for quality.

With 2 hectares, the Domain Florent Garaudet is able to adopt a precision approach to quality, whether in the vineyard or in the cellar. Consequently the wines display rich, dense characteristics with great personality and breed, honouring the reputation of the finest wines of Burgundy around the world.
As a young, enthusiastic wine-maker, Florent Garaudet holds a Superior Technical Diploma in viticulture and oenology, and who savours the opportunity to share his passion for wine like-minded xenophiles : connoisseurs, journalists, wine-shop owners, restaurateurs, importers and wine-lovers alike.
