Planted to a very high density ( 10 000 to 11 000 vines per hectare ) the entire domain is trained with the greatest of care. Throughout the year careful attention to detail in the vine yards ensures only a modest crop, but one of exceptional quality with healthy grapes at the peak of ripeness and displaying all the rich, complex aromas typical of their unique terroir.
Harvest is carried out by hand, in accordance with Burgundian tradition, and with notable respect for the equilibrium of the environment.
